Fine floral nuances from elder, spicy aromatic, ripe paprica, elegant, rich in extracts, slightly citrus finish, a characterful food partner.


Location:

Selection from our vineyards in Eichberg and Gamlitz.

Winemaking:

Selective hand picked grapes from different vineyards. Maceration time of 4-8 hours, temperature controlled fermentation around 19°C—21°C in stainless steel tanks and afterwards batonage for several months.
