Stone fruit aromas, fresh golden delicious apple, rich in extracts—varietal food partner.

Selection from our Single Vineyards in Eichberg and Gamlitz.

Winemaking:

Selective hand picked grapes from different slate vineyards. Maceration time of 2-4 hours, temperature controlled fermentation around 19°C in stainless steel tanks and afterwards batonage for several months.
