Wine description:

"Middle green. Delicate nuances of red berries and nuts, yeasty aromas, very individual, delicate orange zests, smooth spicy touch. Juicy, elegant, good complexity, fine tangerine notes, salty minerality, very good length, extract sweetness aftertaste." (Falstaff Weinguide 2015/2016, page 707)

Picked at the end of October from our oldest Welschriesling vines. No crushing, spontaneous fermentation in used and new 500 l casks, aged for 9 months on the yeast
